At Credonexa we handle personal data with care and under Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and complementary regulations. This document explains, in clear terms, what information we collect, what we use it for and what your rights are.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Credonexa S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789432-4, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1386, 7th floor, C1043AAU, CABA, Argentina. For any enquiry, please write to privacidad@credonexa.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect data we genuinely need to operate the site and answer enquiries: name, email and the message you choose to send through the contact form. If you enable analytics or advertising cookies, we may also record aggregated technical data such as device type, browser and general behaviour on the site.
3. What we use your data for
We use the data to answer enquiries, send you information you explicitly request, improve the site and — if you allow it — show relevant advertising. We do not use it for purposes other than those described, and we do not share it with third parties beyond strictly necessary technology providers.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent when you submit the form and, for cookies, on the options you choose in the consent banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Retention
We keep the form data for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access and regular reviews. No system is foolproof, so we also recommend taking good care of your credentials and devices.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, update or deletion of your personal data by writing to privacidad@credonexa.com. The Agency of Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority in Argentina.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will publish the new version at this same URL and state the date of the latest update.
